Booking terms

• Deposits are strictly non refundable.

• Deposits can be transferred to a new appointment date with 72 hours notice. Any less than 72 hours notice will result in a lost deposit.

• Failure to come to your appointment will result in a lost deposit. 

​

• If you are more than 30 minutes late, you appointment could be cancelled and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

​

• Rearranging your appointment more than twice will result in a lost deposit.

​

• The deposit is for the discussed design(s) only. Any request to significantly change the design could result in a forfeit of deposit and a cancellation of your appointment.

​

• Your deposit will come off the total cost of your appointment on the day. Please pay the remainder of the cost in cash if possible.​

​

• We are required by law to make sure you are 18 before we tattoo you. If you cannot provide ID and we do not believe you are over the age of 18, we have the right to refuse to tattoo you, and your deposit will be lost.
